Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used watches, rings, or accessories.

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or improper handling.

• Change of mind after delivery.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is covered by WL Collections only if the mistake is from our side.
